Ordering online is the best way. It's faster, easy and enables you to confirm in writing, by return e-mail, of what exactly you have ordered.

- How much is delivery?
We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders.

- How long will it take to receive my delivery?
We will usually give a minimum 5-7 day delivery period throughout the UK. For delivery before the minimum period stated above, a £50 (Ex. VAT) delivery fee will be charged. If this is required, this must be specified at the time of order.

- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in two ways. Either by:
* Cheque (Payable to Arcade International Limited) or by
* BACS Payment (A/c Name: Arcade International Ltd, A/c No: 40974373, Sort Code: 09-06-66)

- How safe are your fireworks?
We believe safety to be of the utmost importance. We only supply fireworks that comply with British safety standards (BS7114: Part 2: 1988).

Our fireworks are designed to be lit in the rain, so the likelihood of rain will not compromise your display.
